POLICIES AND FEES

Water bills are mailed at the end of each month. Bills are due on the first day of the month but not late until after the 20th day of the month. Water service is disconnected after the 30th day of the month if the bill is not paid in full.


Only one dwelling or residence can be served by a meter. Each residence must have its own water meter!


Each customer purchasing a property must pay a $100.00 deposit to open a water account before using water service. All renters must pay a $300.00 deposit to open water account before using water service. All new accounts must complete any and all forms in office. All new customers must provide a valid ID, a rental agreement or closing statemnts before service can be unlocked.

 

All new services after 2 p.m. will be unlocked the following day.

Return check fee: $30.00
Reconnect fee: As of May 19th 2014 reconnect fees are as follows:

                          1st disconnect : $40.00

                          2nd disconnect :$50.00

                          3rd disconnect :$60.00

                          4th disconnect: $80.00

                          Additional disconnect : $100.00

After Hours reconnect Fee (2pm -4pm) will be an additional $65.00

Meter tamper fee: $250.00
Temporary service: $50.00

 

To final any and all water services the account holder must be present and provide a valid ID and provide a forwarding address for any refunds or final bills.
