Welcome to Wattsville Water Authority
Wattsville Water Authority was established in 1968 to provide drinking water to the Wattsville and Old Coal City area in St. Clair County. The organizing meeting was held in the Wattsville Elementary School and presided over by Mr. Robert Payne with Mrs. Betty Crump as Secretary.
In 1992, the Authority was re-organized and increased the number of Board members from three to five members.
Board members are appointed by the St. Clair County Commission and serve six year terms.

Board Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 4:30 p.m. Please call our office to be placed on the agenda. Everyone welcome to attend all board meetings.
