Policies and Fees

Water bills are mailed at the end of each month. Bills are due on the fifth (5th) day of the month beginning in April 2022 but not late until after the 20th day of the month. Water service is disconnected after the 30th day of the month if the bill is not paid in full.

Only one dwelling or residence can be served by a meter. Each residence must have its own water meter!

Each customer purchasing/renting a property must pay a $150.00 connection fee to open a water account before using water service. All new accounts must complete any and all forms in office. All new customers must provide a valid ID, a rental agreement or closing statements before service can be unlocked.

All new services after 2 p.m. will be unlocked the following day.

Return check fee: $30.00 – If an account has two return checks within one year, then the account will be on a cash or money order basis only.

Reconnect fee: $100.00 As of June 10th 2021 for non-payment on customer accounts.

After Hours reconnect Fee (2pm -4pm) will be an additional $65.00

Service Fee : $30.00

Meter tamper fee: $250.00

Temporary service: $50.00

To final any and all water services the account holder must be present and provide a valid ID and provide a forwarding address for any refunds or final bills.
